Yes. Relay uses real bandwidth, so we charge for it. The Free tier routes zero bytes through us. Relay tiers (Pro and up) document their fair-use policy clearly — we don't hide it.
On direct-access tiers, your users connect to whatever address you expose. On Pro and above, traffic routes through our relay and your home IP is never visible to end users — a common reason people upgrade.
We carry your media bytes through our edge servers to make remote access work without port forwarding. We do not inspect, log, or store those bytes beyond what's needed to route the connection. They're encrypted in transit end-to-end.
Yes — it's a launch offer at €79 ex VAT, available until 15 August 2026. After that date the Founder's Pass is withdrawn at this price. It includes lifetime Pro Unlimited relay on your account, subject to the Fair Use Policy.
